1. Introduction :

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by M/s NASA Google Business Virtual Profile Photography (“Service Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By availing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services :  

• Provide your business & customers 360° Virtual Tour Photography
• Business Interior & Exterior Photography
• Google Business Profile Virtual Tour Upload

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling :

• Cancellation must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance
• Advance payment may be non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

4. Client Responsibilities :

• Ensure access to the property/location
• Obtain all permissions for photography
• Ensure the location is ready for shoot

5. Content Usage Rights :

• Client receives usage rights for business purposes
• Service Provider retains ownership of original content
• We may use visuals for portfolio/marketing unless restricted

 6. Limitation of Liability :
    We are not liable for :
• Business losses due to platform issues (e.g., Google)
• Third-party misuse of published content

7. Third-Party Platforms :

We are not responsible for policies or technical issues of platforms like Google.

8. Governing Law :

This agreement shall be governed by Indian laws.

2. I confirm that I have full permission and legal authority to allow photography at the mentioned location.
3. I understand that the captured content may be :
o Uploaded to Google Business Profile
o Used for digital marketing purposes
o Displayed publicly online
4. I grant permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. I understand that once published on third-party platforms (like Google), control over content may be limited.
6. I agree that the service provider is not responsible for any third-party misuse of images.

6. Cancellation Policy :

• Advance may be non-refundable
• Rescheduling depends on availability

7. Liability :

Service Provider is not responsible for :
• Platform-related issues (Google, etc.)
• Indirect business losses

8. Confidentiality :

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

9. Governing Law :

This agreement shall be governed under Indian law.
