  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by M/s NASA Google Business Virtual Profile Photography (“Service Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By availing our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • 360° Virtual Tour Photography

  • Business Interior & Exterior Photography

  • Google Business Profile Virtual Tour Upload

  1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Advance payment of [XX%] is required to confirm booking

  • Remaining balance to be paid upon completion or before delivery

  • Prices are non-negotiable unless agreed in writing

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance

  • Advance payment may be non-refundable

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  1. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property/location

  • Obtain all permissions for photography

  • Ensure the location is ready for shoot

  1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: [X–X] working days

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

  1. Content Usage Rights

  • Client receives usage rights for business purposes

  • Service Provider retains ownership of original content

  • We may use visuals for portfolio/marketing unless restricted

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses due to platform issues (e.g., Google)

  • Third-party misuse of published content

  1. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for policies or technical issues of platforms like Google.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by Indian laws.

  1. I authorize M/s NASA Google Business Virtual Profile Photography to capture photographs and 360° virtual tour images of my premises.

  2. I confirm that I have full permission and legal authority to allow photography at the mentioned location.

  3. I understand that the captured content may be:

    • Uploaded to Google Business Profile

    • Used for digital marketing purposes

    • Displayed publicly online

  4. I grant permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

  5. I understand that once published on third-party platforms (like Google), control over content may be limited.

  6. I agree that the service provider is not responsible for any third-party misuse of images.

CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)

  • Ensure permissions are obtained

  • Coordinate during shoot

  1. Delivery & Revisions

  • Basic edits included

  • Additional revisions may be chargeable

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance may be non-refundable

  • Rescheduling depends on availability

  1. Liability

Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Platform-related issues (Google, etc.)

  • Indirect business losses

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed under Indian law.
